Dice Game / Powder Compact

This is a vintage dice game built into a powder compact case. The dice game shows three small dice that spin around when the lever is flipped. When the lever is returned to it's original position the three dice lock into position showing the throw.
The case lid has a turtle shell finish while the base holding the dice game appears to be made of Bakelite.
Size is 3.1 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
